Midway thru the Year

Looking back at all I have created this year I think I am midway thru the year.  So let's take a look at May and June of 2020.

I created for Father's Day in May and also pulled out the Painted Harvest stamp set, which Painted Harvest was one of my favorite sets from 2020.

The above trio of projects were so much fun to create.  Watch for a very adorable suite that will be released in January that focuses on cards for men.  What better name to call it than the Well Suited Suite which will enable us card makers to focus a bit more on dads this Father's Day!

The Painted Harvest set as I said was one of my favorite stamp sets.  I just love sunflowers and this set allowed the 2 stamp technique to create beautiful flowers.

My other love in life other than card making is my fur babies.  I lost my dog within the last year and I have 4 cats (one which was a stray that was hanging around in my backyard).  So to show my love, I donated a stack of cards to my vet.  They always send out condolence cards to their patients and thought that would be a lovely way to thank them for getting us thru the loss of Magoo.

In June I introduced the Jar of Flowers class to go, created with the World of Good suite and became obsessed with the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set and matching dies.  That obsession lead to me focusing on one stamp set a week and posting different cards every day.

These two months were very busy with creating as my obsession grew.  I think many of you may have experienced the same.

Thank you so much for visiting and following along.

Happy Sunday!... I will be back tomorrow to showcase a new and upcoming release from the 2021 Jan. - June mini catalog.  Don't forget to follow me using the following links.
