It's a Wonderful Life.....

I am so thankful to have the best job and life in the world!

I am a card maker.....and as a card maker I love saving money and creating.......would you like to save on your crafting supplies?

Now is the time....and I would love to share project inspiration with you and teach you how to get a discount on supplies, just like I do!

Right now....for just $99.00 you can either start your own business while sharing your love and passion of crafting.  Or you can just enjoy a discount of 20% or more.....

And now is the time to get on board....for just $99 you can enjoy $155.00 worth of product......and a coupon for $10.00 off your next order.....

I promise to give you the support you need whether you are joining just for the discount or because you want to earn money to support your hobby.

Why pay full price on products when you can get a discount with Stampin’ Up! Once you purchase the $99 starter kit.....

*$300 retail quarterly minimum that can be from personal orders, online orders, family, friends orders  could bring you to that $300 goal (which by the way is $240 after your discount).

So what are you waiting for?

Magnolia Blossoms in Gold....

Welcome back to Gal Friday Stamping......

I am so happy that you are here with me......so, what do you have on your crafty desk today?  I have been playing with the Monster Bash Suite from the up and coming Holiday catalog and have been having so much fun, I just can't wait to share my creations with you.

So after many days of working with black, gray and orange card stock, I decided to add a bit of color with a different card..........

This stamp is from the Good Morning Magnolia Bundle, isn't it just beautiful?  You can see all the products used at the end of the post.....

If you look closely at the card front you will notice the center is a bit muted in color...I took a sponge dauber and blended some added color from our Classic Stampin' Ink pad in Mossy Meadow....

For the ribbon bow, I actually used our Gold Edged Metallic 3/8" ribbon ad colored it with the Mossy Meadow Blends.....

The inside sentiment is also gold embossed and used the decorative stamp for the bottom with some added twine.

I sure do hope you like it.....thank you so much for visiting.....

Garden Shed or She Shed?

Welcome back to Gal Friday Stamping!
I am so very happy that you are here and sharing in my excitement and love of card making.

When I first saw this stamp set, I just fell in love with it...

it is called Garden Shed and it is a cling stamp set (all supplies for creating this card are at the bottom of the post).

But as I was coloring it up....(I am a Copic girl and that was my go to maker with this stamp set) I was imagining this little shed, with its wonderful flower pots sitting all around, as a She Shed....

just imagine with me.....a space to craft in peaceful surroundings.....ahhhhh......

Just layers of crafty goodness....

and my wish for you is to, just like the sentiment says.....
"Plant dreams, dig out doubt and grow a happy life."

Magoo Left Paw Prints on My Heart....

On June 28th of this year, we said good-bye to our fur baby Magoo.....he was actually born to us during an "A" year.......a system we had used when our goats were born so we could remember the years without looking at our records.

So Magoo was given the name Alfred.....he was the most adorable, little snowball you could ever meet.  Unfortunately, we had to revive him minutes after he was born.....  as he began to grow,  I noticed that there was something just a bit different about him.  He walked like a soldier......stiff front legs that he would kick out in front of him, that is when we discovered he was blind.  That is when I nicknamed him Magoo....(from the cartoon growing up). At 6 months old he began to have Grand Mal seizures.

He was very special in every way......I learned that I could not change the location of any furniture in the house or block any paths, he knew just where to go, where his bowls were and we could not raise our voice or keep the television to loud.  Our household revolved around the happiness of our Magoo....

So why this sort of blog post on a card making blog you may ask.....because it has taken me till today to create a card for our Vet and his staff.......they got me thru having to do the unthinkable, euthanizing my fur baby.  He would have been 10 years old come October.....he almost made it.  He crossed that rainbow bridge but he has forever left paw prints on my heart....

Thank you for taking the time to visit.....it means the world to me.....hug your fur baby today....
