Hello all my crafting friends! Today I wanted to focus on creating a card where you really do not need to create something fancy to create something beautiful
Using elements from the Peony Garden Collection here is today's card.
Have you seen the designer series paper for this collection?
It is beautiful and even though the focus of the colors are Petal Pink, Basic Gray, Gray Granite and Whisper White, why not use a color you are very fond of. The designer series paper in this set allows that because a few of the sheets are just gray outlined peonies on a white background.
So lets pull out those blends or any other coloring tool.
For this first card, I just colored and focused on a few of the peonies within the sheet of the DSP. Isn't the Bermuda Bay Blend just so beautiful?
For this second card, I used the same Bermuda Bay and colored the background on this sheet of DSP, turned the card orientation but kept the same card design. But look how each card has a beautiful look on its own.
These collections and stamp sets from Stampin' Up! allow creativity to go wild! They are versatile, beautiful and allow for many inspirational cards.
