Let's Recap this Weeks Stampin' Up! So Much Love

Welcome back!  I wanted to do a bit of a recap of this weeks cards using the So Much Love stamp set from Stampin' Up!  I have used many different colors this week and card designs.  You will see from the variety of cards I have created that this is a very versatile stamp set.

By looking at the stamp set you are probably thinking that there are not to many variations that can be created with this set.  But I would have to tell you that is not true.

Today's card uses the largest of the flower stamps and I created a three dimensional flower out of a one dimensional stamp.  The colors used are out of my comfort zone also, but it turned out beautiful.  I will be recreating this card tonight during my Facebook Live.

I started off the week using colors that you would never think to pair together.  What colors were they you ask?  I used Soft Seafoam, Whisper White and Magenta Madness.  The result was a soft color for the background with a burst of color with the Magenta Madness.

Sticking with the Magenta Madness Blends and card stock, Tuesday's card was again all about color but with texture added.

This card features the new In Colors Magenta Madness and Just Jade making a very bold statement.

Wednesday card I did an about face to create an elegant card with black and gold which could be used for any occasion.

No coloring on this card.  Just Basic Black card stock and gold embossing powder.  I also used a water painter brush to add some gold to the tips of the flower petals.

Yesterdays card included some patterned paper from the Flowers for Every Season 6 x 6 pack.  The card made a bold statement of color in which the patterned paper was the first thing to catch your eye.

So you see, there are so many card designs that can be created with just one stamp set.  So grab those snacks and your favorite drink....get in a comfortable chair and join me tonight as I recreate a three dimensional flower from a one dimensional stamp.  Gal Friday Stamping Group

Thank you so much for taking the time with me today.  Have a great weekend.
