Those Zany Zebra's from Stampin' Up!

 

Jane here, stepping out of my craft room to show you another sweet zebra from the Zany Zebra stamp set from Stampin' Up!

Lately, my craft room has been my sanctuary.  The place where I can let my mind wonder.  A place that allows me to let the rest of the world go and just focus on the beauty of my supplies.  Most of the time it is silent in my craft room with just the hum of my fan.  Once I step thru that craft room door I find my inner piece.

Do you find your peace in your craft room?  I hope that you too find your peace there and I hope you too have found time to craft during these difficult times.  

For today's card I created my own background using strips of papers that I cut using the layering oval dies.  Just basic black card stock on whisper white.

Matching the curves of this card stock, I was looking to create the feeling of the side of that zebra's mama.  I can imagine her standing there strong and tall, protecting that little one with all she has.

And for the inside a message for all of us.  It's time to celebrate.  Celebrate what you may ask?  Celebrate all that we are and all that we have.  Because we just never know when it will all be gone.
