Stampin' Up! Sweetest Time Week



Goodness me!  Did you ever purchase a stamp set and it began collecting dust in your craft room because you just didn't know what to create with it?  That is what happened to me with the Sweetest Time bundle from Stampin' Up!  

I know this has happened to many of you!  A new catalog is released and you see all the amazing products and think to yourself...."self, I have to have it all!"  You place your order and do not purchase everything the first time around but you do place an order for those things that you just know there is a beautiful selection of cards in the future with those sets. Time goes by, the stamp set sits and those little dust bunnies make an appearance.  Here is the Sweetest Time card created.


Although candy canes now come in a variety colors and flavors, the traditional candy cane is  red and white, so that is where I started.  Real Red card base and top layer followed by an embossed layer of whisper white and used the dies included to create the candy cane border front!  The die cut and accented the card beautifully!

Don't forget the inside!  Just a layer of the amazing designer series paper and whisper white.
